method:
1 put all ingredients EXCEPT baking soda in saucepan over low heat
2 raise heat slightly so it bubbles, stir until the sugar dissolved
3 take off heat
4 add baking soda and stir. OBSERVE
5 pour carefully onto tinfoil
6 allow to cool
